This is Peter. He like putting on pants that are still warm from the drier and using overripe bananas in his home-made milkshakes. Everyday he works on computers in an office where he known as the "heavy breather who sits in the corner" and when he comes home he makes an egg sandwich which he eats while he reads the television guide insert from The Daily Telegraph. It's a simple life, but it's a consistent one, and there has to be something said for that. It's in the bowling alley that Peter really comes alive. Alive in a way that overripe bananas, warm pants and television guides can't make you alive. He's on a team where he is known as the "heavy breather kingpin" with a set of lisping non-identical twins named Gillian and Gilbert, a retired archaeologist with a fascination with Attacus atlas moths and a thin woman who wears orange nail polish and dove brooches. They are an odd bunch but they are bowlers, and there has to be something said for that.
